It was just a balanced option for short visits in New York with great value for the money. The front desk staff was super helpful, even checking my bag while I waited for my room. Make sure to look for the coffee and snacks on the second floor!

Great Location with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a comfortable stay in a spacious Deluxe Queen Room for 2 nights. Convenient access to theaters and restaurants made our trip enjoyable. Outstanding service from the staff, especially during the wine reception. However, update the pillows for a more restful sleep and consider revising breakfast hours.

Couples will love this place
When me and my partner arrived, the room was ready and clean, just like I like it. It felt special, like they really wanted us to have a good time.
It was pricey, but honestly, worth it in the end.

Clean, spacious rooms with impressive decor made for a fantastic experience. The attentive staff went above and beyond during our stay, especially when we enjoyed the unique feature of watching TV while soaking in the bathtub. However, the breakfast options were disappointing, consisting of stale pastries and subpar coffee. The initial room was cramped for a king, but the room upgrade provided two large beds and ample space, making our 10-day stay comfortable.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the free coffee available in the lobby all day. The lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the wine tasting was a nice touch too! The only downside was the slightly high family rate, but it's worth it for the experience. 😊

The location is unmatched, with killer joints like Da Marino and Junior's just a stone's throw away. The free wine happy hour is a delightful perk to unwind after a long day exploring.
Breakfast could’ve used real utensils instead of those plastic ones. Check-in was rough.

Super chill spot in NYC!
The staff was super friendly and helped us switch to a room with queen beds, which was perfect for us. They have free snacks and beverages 24/7. Breakfast at the cozy diner next door. Only bummer was the breakfast area felt a bit cramped sometimes.
