It was just a balanced option for short visits in New York with great value for the money. The front desk staff was super helpful, even checking my bag while I waited for my room. Make sure to look for the coffee and snacks on the second floor!

Enjoyed a comfortable stay in a spacious Deluxe Queen Room for 2 nights. Convenient access to theaters and restaurants made our trip enjoyable. Outstanding service from the staff, especially during the wine reception. However, update the pillows for a more restful sleep and consider revising breakfast hours.

When me and my partner arrived, the room was ready and clean, just like I like it. It felt special, like they really wanted us to have a good time.

However, the breakfast options were disappointing, consisting of stale pastries and subpar coffee. The initial room was cramped for a king, but the room upgrade provided two large beds and ample space, making our 10-day stay comfortable.

Super chill spot in NYC!

The staff was super friendly and helped us switch to a room with queen beds, which was perfect for us. They have free snacks and beverages 24/7. Breakfast at the cozy diner next door. Only bummer was the breakfast area felt a bit cramped sometimes.

The Pearl's location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Times Square. The amenities like the complimentary breakfast and afternoon wine were great touches, but the room felt a bit cramped, and the maid service had some hiccups. Overall, it was a solid experience worth repeating.
